Our Community

At S&S Roofing, we love to give back to our community. Supporting our local community is a deeply held value. It’s more than just a slogan—we really do “Take Time to Care.” Serving the many people and communities who have supported our growth and success is important to us.

Marysville Elementary School Christmas Food Drive

At S&S Roofing, we participate in annual food drives to support the community when the holiday season rolls around. We were able to help the 2022 and 2023 Marysville Elementary School Christmas Food Drives by purchasing, collecting, and donating food items. Here are some photos of our team collecting carriages of food.

Snohomish County K9 Foundation Donations

We were proud to make donations to the Snohomish County K9 Foundation, an organization that provides funding for community outreach, continuing education, and program assistance of police dogs in Snohomish County. These hardworking pups play a vital role in keeping our communities safe, and we’re honored to support them through our donations. Here are a few of our team members posing with one of our local K9 units.

Eagle Creek Elementary Book Fair

Reading is fundamental, so we were thrilled to support our neighborhood school, Eagle Creek Elementary, with its annual book fair alongside the Arlington Police and Arlington Fire Fighters. We brought one of our mascots to read with the children. Fostering a love of reading in the next generation is extremely rewarding. Here, you can see our mascot reading with kids!

Bike Helmet Drive

S&S Roofing and other local businesses donated bike helmets to a local drive held by The Arlington Community to promote bike safety for kids. Ensuring kids have access to proper safety gear so they can enjoy riding bikes is important to us. Here, you can see the boxes of helmets collected and donated to the community’s kids.

Volunteering at A Christmas Wish

Last December, members of our team volunteered their time at A Christmas Wish, a local nonprofit that helps parents shop for their kids for Christmas presents. Local businesses and community members donated all the gifts! We love helping spread joy to children and families during Christmas. Here, you can see some of our team members and the gifts that were provided.

Presidents Elementary School Easter Event

We had a booth at the Presidents Elementary School Easter event this past year. Our team provided fun Easter-themed arts and crafts for the kids and parents. It was a fun day for a great cause we look forward to participating in again. Here are some of our team members posing and enjoying the event.

Booth at Noah Animal Shelter Halloween Event: Wag-O-Ween

We operated a lively booth at the Noah Animal Shelter’s Wag-O-Ween event during Halloween. Our team gave dog toys, dog treats, and other goodies to the animals who attended. All proceeds go towards helping the shelter care for local rescue animals as they await their forever homes. Here, you can see some of our team members at our booth and posing with some of the event mascots.

Seattle Times Best in the PNW – Roofing

We were honored to be recognized as Best in the PNW by the Seattle Times. This recognition motivates us to continue to provide excellent service and give back to the communities that support us. We would not have earned this award without the support of our employees, community, and customers. For that, we say THANK YOU!

Giving back through events, donations, volunteering, and more is extremely important to us. We love supporting various causes and organizations, especially those helping children, families, animals, and other community members in need. As a local Washington roofing company, we take pride in not just servicing our customers but serving our neighborhoods.

Marysville Elementary School Thanksgiving Food Drive

Similarly, we were able to provide Thanksgiving food for the food drive in November to benefit Marysville Elementary. We collected canned goods and other holiday food items leading up to Thanksgiving. Here are a few of our team members during the event.
